Pea peptide contains eight essential amino acids, and their ratios are close to the model recommended by FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations and World Health Organization). The FDA considers peas to be the cleanest plant product, with no GMO risk. Pea peptide has good nutritional properties and is a promising and safe functional food raw material.
